Any student who wishes to attend a school other than his or her assigned school starting January 2018 must submit an In-District Transfer request (IDT) between November 1 and 30, 2017.
High school students may request transfer to access elective programs not offered at their assigned school. A link to the catalog of electives eligible for transfer can be found on the Student Transfers page. Some restrictions and requirements apply to the Electives IDT request.
IDT request forms can be picked up at any school office, and must be completed and returned to the student’s assigned school during the application date window. There is no guarantee a transfer request will be approved.
Students attending school on an approved IDT are not eligible for bus service. Parents must provide transportation to and from school.
Please remember, school offices will be closed November 22, 23 and 24, 2017. IDT applications may be dropped off at the Office of K-12 Education on November 22, 2017. However, the K-12 office will be closed on November 23 and 24, 2017.
