Athletics
We are excited to have our 2022-2023 sport season open for registration. There will be no fee this year to participate in any sport. We are limited on space so please register early and athletes can only participate in one sport per season. Registration on FamilyID is required for all sports.
A sports physical is required every two years. State law requires students in grades 7–12 participating in school athletics to have a current sport physical on file at the school.

How to register for FamilyID
You only have to create 1 account per family, but different registrations for each student.
- Go to the Waldo middle school page and click on the link for athletics/registration.
- Look for your student’s school & click on it.
- Next scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the sport you would like your child to play under “programs”
- Scroll to the bottom of the page again and click on “registration”.
- Fill out all the information ~ which includes the following: students’ information, parents’ information, uploading the student’s sports physical, emergency contacts, medical insurance, allergies and/or medical concerns
- Read through the policies and agreements & enter your name to electronically sign the documents.
If the student wants to play a different sport, you will have to fill all of this information again for each sport.
PLEASE MAKE SURE AND SAVE YOUR USERNAME & PASSWORD! Or keep it somewhere safe because it is very hard to rest that information.
Cómo registrarse para FamilyID
